Data analyst / Аналитик данных (Customer Service Division)

Researching user behavior, searching for problems and points of business growth;

Search for reasons for the growth and drop of metrics;

Assessing the risks, impact & dependance of product changes and marketing activities;

Formulation of hypothesis based on data evaluated;

Planning and forecasting of business indicators;

Scenario modeling/prediction of behavior of client cohorts;

Data visualization and dashboard development (Tableau);

Preparing slide sets for management in order to present data-driven hypothesis;

Processing ad-hoc business queries (SQL/Python);

Creation/maintenance of a data system/metric tree that covers the entire required amount of information;

Decomposition of factors by impact on product metrics;

Working with stakeholders to determine development priorities;

Interaction with the product group, marketing, financial department within the area of ​​responsibility;

Representing the interests of the team during common meetings.

Higher education preferably in economics/informatics/mathematics/sociology/statistics, additional data analyst courses will be advantage;

At least 2 years of relevant work experience as data analyst preferably in finance/telecom industry;

Confident knowledge of data analytics tools, such as: MS Excel, SQL, Python for processing and analyzing large volumes of data;

Hands-on experience with analytical and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Amplitude, Power BI) to create reports and dashboards;

Knowledge of marketing and product indicators (including LTV, ROI, CPA, CPM);

Knowledge of statistics;

Experience in trends analysis, correlations and regression analysis;

Knowledge of approaches to customer segmentation (ABC, RFM, etc.);

Knowledge and hand-on experience of A/B & ABC tests;

Understanding the planning process and stages;

Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies will be an advantage;

Ability and experience of explaining big data with simple words for users;

Knowledge of English language at level B2 or higher;

Fluency in Russian language as a must;

Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to think critically with focus on business needs;

Proactivity in identifying problems and proposing innovative solutions;

Ability to work in a team, interact effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
