Hindi-Speaking Call Operator

Due to the expansion of our team, we are looking for an active and results-oriented Call Operator with knowledge of Hindi to work in Russia.

• Receiving and processing incoming calls from clients in Hindi.

• Providing consultations on the company's services and products.

• Maintaining basic records in a CRM system.

• Transferring information to relevant departments when necessary.

• Adhering to communication standards and corporate ethics.

• Fluency in Hindi (oral and written).

• Basic knowledge of Russian or English.

• Strong communication skills and stress resilience.

• Confident PC user.

• Prior call center experience is a bonus but not required.

• Work schedule 5/2 (8-hour workday).
